decided that i hate kawasaki. & duct-tape of tools

I AM A..... TIM TAYLOR / MACGYVER TYPE, BIG TIME. The Garrage is full of Welding, woodworking & REPAIR tools, and lots OF SCRAP'S!(Scrap.....My friends call junk, until they need something fixed or FABRICATED!) As a service tech. for over 20 years, & 5 different companies there is one thing I KNOW I LEFT BEHIND AT EVERY SHOP. (PLUS 5years as a Machinist, wood metal, & plastics.) When I started at each place I got strange looks and COMMENTS, about using a.... ...DREMEL, THE DUCTED TAPE OF TOOLS. I still am amazed at times how OFTEN IT SAVES THE "DAY", PROJECT, STUCK BEARINGS: More then a few times, when Heating would not work, OR NOT AN OPTION, like when in ALUMINUM, oxidized into place, a TIGHT working area place, I would pull out the Dremel and make a slice or 2 then tap tap, it SPLIT AWAY. EVERY SHOP/GARRAGE/ SHADE TREE NEEDS A DREMEL. When Tiling the wall in the kitchen or bath, the outlet areas needed MILD trimming, and a few times small pieces "Normal" tile tools would not work, the tiny tiles would snap, PULL OUT THE DREMEL WITH THE PROPPER NEEDED TOOL AND PROBLEM SOLVED. EVERYTIME, SOMEONE NEEDS ME TO"COME TO THE "RESCUE", MY DREMEL IS LOADED INTO THE TRUCK, REGARDLESS OF THE TYPE OF WORK WE WILL BE DOING. AND 90% OF THE TIME NEEDED!!!     From: "christopher.eckert@..." They don't get a capital any more.
I am going to do the steering head again next winter. At that time I will be ready to do the welder bit and will be ready to cut a bevel in the bearing seats using a hand drill. That is to allow a drift to get a hold of the inner edge of the outer race. I will sort out how to make the tool to cut the bevels before then and will make it available somehow after that. I think Kawi forgot to cut the bevel after they beefed up the unside of the neck tube   http://skypilot.smugmug.com/photos/i-ThKnjmH/0/L/i-ThKnjmH-L.jpg   http://skypilot.smugmug.com/photos/i-Lvj8hLh/0/L/i-Lvj8hLh-L.jpg         http://skypilot.smugmug.com/photos/i-GTXW8D9/0/L/i-GTXW8D9-L.jpg   http://skypilot.smugmug.com/photos/i-qr6Xqsc/0/L/i-qr6Xqsc-L.jpg
