When Police cars are made, they change and UPGRADE several things besides the Engine.
(suspension for 1)
We have all heard about the COVETED DIESEL engine.
While we civilians (I'm a Vet) FEAR the stock, Doo-hickey and Sub-frame bolts, (15,000 when I changed both items.) Foot pegs, (2 weeks, Pivot pegs for me, @ 250lbs & I LOVE THEM.) Head-light Fuse, form 10amp to15amps. (for those that do not know, the switch gets caught between H&L beam and Blows.) Sub-frame, RE-GREASE and some ADD grease zirts. F&R Suspensions (CARRY) Extra clutch cable. ETC ETC ETC.
WHO KNOWS??????
WHAT "STOCK" FACTORY CHANGES (UP GRADES) are made to the U.S. Marine KLR650s, before they are even delivered?
