Hi guys,
I have seen a number of you discuss guns on here, so I am hoping you can help.
I have a Remington 870 Tactical 20 gauge that I paid $399 for 8 months ago, have shot it less than 20 times, and tried to sell it back to the store I bought it from, they offered $200.
Any ideas where I could sell it for closer to $325-350, it is practically brand new. I want to get a full size 12 gauge instead, for skeet or turkey etc.
Thanks in advance.
I live near St. Louis MO if that helps.

Craigslist, gun shows, or cut your losses and take the $200.

I replied off list. But, thought of another avenue.
See if there's a gun club nearby and try them.
$200 might be what it was worth used 20 years ago.
Firearms are holding their prices these days - at least the used ones I saw
just yesterday at the local gun store.
But, they have to make a profit. So, I'm not surprised they tried to lowball
Peter.
Split the difference and that's what it could bring.(guessing)

christmas day ride

It was 39 degrees with patchy fog but the roads were snow and ice free. I didn’t ride far, about 50 miles along the border between the country and ever-encroaching suburbia. I rode my “new” KLR, the low, low mile ’07 that I rode home to Seattle from Michigan. I saw three other bikes on the road, all Japanese street bikes.
For those of you still snowbound, consider meeting in Death Valley at the end of January. It’s the perfect time to ride the park: daytime highs in the high 60s or low 70s and night time lows in the 40s…at least at the lower elevations such as Furnace Creek.
