Hey Ya'll

I was looking up, water proofing metal items, (Antique tools) for LONG term as they do guns for YEARS of storage.

On a Gun club page I found T-9 (or Boeshield T-9 ) designed by Boeing (airplanes) to waterproof, GETTING INTO THE PORES of the metal AND leaves a WAXY coating.

Paraffin wax & a "solution"

PRICEY, Sold MANY places as T-9

Before you say it, that WD-40 Penetrates, WD WEARS OFF FAST, DOES NOT leave a lubrication on the steel.
