cheap handlebar "tool" (?)

Not sure if I mentioned this little item before. Around the base of my right Mirror, I keep a Bicycle ankle band, (keeps pant legs out of chain, ETC.) $2.-$3. (REFLECTIVE for $5. at REI and I'm sure more stores.) 2-3 uses so far, MAIN: LOCK (strap) THE BRONT BRAKE, When I oil the chain, and tip the bike on the front wheel and stand, so it does not ROLL. 2. temp holder for sunglass's. (I just leave it alittle loose so I can slip it in. (CAUTION!!! NEVER leave an $85.++ pair of glass's in there then take off. They will not be there when you get hm.,...... just a theory?.......NOT!) 3.? SAFTY AID, When the Reflective type, put it on if you have to WALK at night, or just road side working on the bike.
