To make it street legal in Washington, I had to go to DMV and get a permit to take it to the State Patrol inspection station where they inspected it, mostly for proper lighting. The inspector assigned a VIN number and put it on the trailer. I then had to return to the DMV to have it registered and licensed. Since there was no manufacturers statement of origin, I have to wait two years in order to obtain a title, but they license it immediately. Joe Grove Issaquah, WA
