doohickey help

Post by Endrias » Wed Jun 05, 2013 1:50 pm

I bought a 2007 KLR 650 about a month ago with 6K on it. The previous owner gave me the parts I need to replace the doohickey (doohickey, spring and 2 gaskets). I have been watching youtube and reading some on how to do it. I am not 100% confident to go ahead with it. Is there any meetings where seasoned folks assist others do maintenance in the Baltimore metro area? Let me know and thank you Endrias

starting issues?

Sent from my iPad Folks my bike is starting to be worrisome starting it. If I put it in neutral and hit the starter button, sometimes it acts like it is getting no contact at the starter button. Today at lunch.....I thought I was stranded. The sidestand switch is disabled.??? Criswell
