jumping tach

Well, quick ride the other day and my tach was jumping about. Maybe about a 300 rpm bounce. When I got home I pulled the front off to get to the 5 plug in junctions under the headlight. took them apart, sprayed with LPS 1 , dabbed some dilectric Grease on them and made sure they were locked back together. Finally test ride today for about 25 miles. No bounce. Mission accomplished . I really do love my old KLR.

just gotta know? (valves)

I would say "noise" and "reduced power at high RPM'.
