Plain water might be a minor eye irritant.
But, a bottle of spring water squirted in my eye felt a whole lot better than the tiny wood chips and dust I
occasionally got in my eyes while clearing tornado damage! lol
=)

PS: What are ya'll's thoughts on putting a pinch of salt in the water bottle and shaking it up first before rinsing an eye?

I carry UN-Iodized salt in my "shaving/bath bag" to add to water when flushing my Sinus's
1/4Tspoon to 1cup water works well.
The flushing helps ALOT with Pollen, hayfever, DRY Climate, (or colds etc.)
ALOT less meds needed to stop sneezing etc etc.
