Just wanted to let everyone know that I am selling a waterproof fuse kit on Ebay for our wonderful beasts of burden. This kit will replace all 3 fuses with blade type fuses (ATC/ATO or what ever you want to call em) and put them in an easy to reach, no panel removal spot. They are in waterproof enclosure and I include everything you would need to install this. If you are interested check out item #180033334370 and if you mention you saw it on this list when you purchase it between now and Sunday the 1st you get half off the shipping. If you have any questions please let me know. Brian

Welcome! I think it's great that as older KLR vendors are forced to leave the market due to excess sand or ill health or death (bye, Jake), other people are stepping forward to fill some of the needs they filled. -E

I guess I'm missing the location of the third fuse. I replaced the two that are in the fuse holder under the seat (on top of the battery). Where's the third one and what's if for?

The third is in the fuse holder under the right shroud, and it is for the radiator fan. That one blows, radiator fan no go :-(. -E

I understand the need to recoup some of the listing fees, but $7.50 for uninsured shipping is steep, considering that stuff will fit in a first-class envelope for under $2. Mark

Regarding fan & fuse: if one blows the other doesn't. (VBG) Norm [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
