right side blinkers wont work

I put in a new battery and headlight bulb,I guess I took the long way by taking the cover off the headlight to put the bulb in.Any way when I plugged the blinker wires back up the left side worked fine but right side stayed on ,front and back,I tried switching wires ,nothing changed any help 2002 klr 650

I bet you plugged the right front light into the city lights wires. It's
easy to do. Take a look up around the right front light for a pair of
wires that aren't being used. I bet those are your right front turn
signal wires. I think they'll be a gray wire and a green wire. Should
probably match your signal light wire colors.
