The only one I know of is at DualStar, http://www.dual-star.com/index2/Brand/Kawasaki/Side%20Stand%20Bigfoot.htm>, and it's a weld-on. David, I've seen the Dual Star fancy dancy cut out pad that's a weld on. I went to the hardware store and bought a large flat washer. I think it was 2 1/2" across. Drive up to a welders shop and ask them to tack it on. A short tack every 90 degrees should do it. Make sure you disconnect the battery before they strike an arc. I just put the washer on the ground and the kickstand on the washer. I think all the bikes on the GDR last year had this mod. None of us had a tip over due to the kickstand sinking into the ground. I keep a rounded corner electrical box cover with a zip tie through a hole in the little fanny pack I have strapped on the rear rack, when its needed pull it out and drop it, when not needed it is not hanging out the side of the bike waiting to catch things along the trail. Dooden A15 Green Ape

Just do this simple trick for soft surfaces - weld 2 large washers together, and then wenld them to the underside of the kickstand foot. I have less than 25% sag and it works great in soft sand. I got some shot line in blaze orange, good idea, not too old to bend over and retrieve, but that sounds simple enough to solve the oops I forgot the plate on the ground, after my butt is planted on the seat. Not sure what this is called but its the box cover for a 4" box, but has the angled corners, so it slides in my fanny pack (attached to rack) without the corners catching. Dooden A15 Green Ape
