Here is something to be aware of if you stop to relax in a remote area. I carry bear spray in the Rockies. You hope it will work. The use of lead poisioning devices are authorized for such as this. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090819/ap_on_re_us/us_deadly_dog_attack maaatin.

There's a reason to carry, all right. Eleven dogs and five pups. Query whether five rounds would be enough. I suppose so if you could identify a ringleader and make an example of him.

I have noticed more and larger dogs on the loose lately. mabey it's time to start hunting down some of these dogs owners.

I think the deal on feral dogs is that, almost by definition, they don't have owners (although I'm not sure my chuckleheads behave all that well when they get off the reservation). But here's an idea: Bring a cow with you. In my state, you can shoot any dog seen running livestock.

There are a bunch of clips on youtube as to how to change it out. I think its the guy from Dunlop that is about the best. Check em out. Gary Souderton,Pa.
