I had my clutch repaired . When I got the bike back the fuel tank was empty. I filled up at the
nearest gas station. When I got home the gas was dripping out of the petcock. It stops when
the petcock is in the fuel OFF position. Maybe the guy who fixed the clutch put the tank
down to heavily on the ground damaging it. Any suggestions how I should go about
remidying this problem.

"The stock fairing and tank, though, are no big deal to remove. Then
again, I compare that to a PC800, and anyone who's unfaired one of
_those_ knows exactly what I'm talking about.

+2 - BTDT. One big reason I don't want a full touring bike like a BMW
RT.

Repairing the clutch should not have nothing to do with fuel tank or
petcock. Check to make sure the hoses are connected properly.
Otherwise, I'd call the technician and ask what they did and explain
the problem. Sounds to me like some funny business or something
unusual.
If you end up fixing it yourself, you'll have to figure out where
exactly it's leaking. Disassembly is pretty straight-forward. Use
this link to look at the parts involved.
