ignition problem solved on 08 with 2600 mi's
My bike started running like it had bad gas in. It wouldnt run below
5000rpm almost didnt make it home.then just died.Dealer couldnt look at
it for 2 wks.I sripped that sucker naked and and started checking
everything.I checked the resistance on the ignition coil and it was a
little high on the plug side. The problem was the wire from the coil to
the plug wasnt making good connection. When you buy a new coil I noticed
it comes without the plug cap.Hope this helps somebody else

BE sure to send an invoice to the dealer for the time you spent on it, don't for shop materials and waste disposal fees!> > My bike started running like it had bad gas in.
