Does any body know what is going on with Dual Star? I ordered some
parts over a month ago and have not recieved them yet. Every other
place I order from I recieve my order within a week. I have a list of
Farckels a mile long that I want to do this Summer but I am not going
to continue ordering from them if this is the type of customer service
I am to expect.

We get sporadic reports of good service from Dual Star lightly interspersed in a field of
indifference and neglect. One might conclude that they will be glad to take your money, and
will ship your order should they happen to have it on hand. If not, you are outa luck.
"Customer service" is by all accounts an alien concept.

I had same problem with dual star a few years ago, waiting for an IMS tank.
I kept getting the same old "we expect it next week" routine. After 3
months, I got sick of it, went on the internet, and in 5 minutes had one ordered
for a slightly lower price, and had it in 4 days.
I don't expect to order from them again.
