My first experience to the Moab area was staying on the Delores at Dewy Bridge. I am glad I have those memories. I am just very sad that I won't be able to take my son, Jake to this historic bridge. This Historic bridge was a work of engineering art.

Dewey Bridge crossed the Colorado River. The Delores flowed into the Colorado up stream a couple of miles.
I first crossed Dewey Bridge in 1980 and always felt like I was coming home once I got to Dewey.

~~~I'm getting 40-45 MPG w/my 08' 3 K miles on the odo. I used to
think I should get 50 MPG like I hear many others get with their KLR's
but no matter what type of motorcycle or motorscooter I ride, I always,
and I mean *always* get less MPG than what seems everyone else does. I
also ride a lot of interstate at 75-80 MPH indicated
Oh!, and one more thing...if you see me in your local supermarket check
out line, don't get behind me. I will always be in the slowest line,
no matter what=:-)
