zerk fittings in swingarm

i was told even if you install grease fittings in the swingarm you will
still need to disassemle it to grease them because the type of seals
that are on it is this correct ? if so aren't i better off just taking
it apart for swingarm service i like the idea of the grease gun but if
you still need to take it apart this seems like wasted time to install
zerk fittings any thoughts on this

If anyone in KLR Land needs any internal engine parts from an '03 KLR
650 with 39,000 miles on them let me know and make an offer. This
includes everything inside the crankcases and the cases too. Gears
and cases are fine-- crankshaft has bad bearing on ignition side-
roller bearing- and from what I have discovered it is not worth
replacing since you can buy a whole bottom end (used)on ebay for less
than the cost of 1/2 of the crankshaft with new bearing. That's what
I did. So if anyone needs these parts just e-mail me.
