I need a new radiator and a new kill switch/starter button assembly with harness. I try to avoid the local dealership. Any suggestions where I might order these? They're for my '99. Bryan Loehr

I haven't settled with the insurance company yet but I expect to take the settlement and keep the bike. With that in mind, I'll need some parts to reconstruct it. Does anyone have the following parts and what would you want for them: Swingarm; rear wheel with sprocket and rotor; rear brake caliper and carrier? Those are the big, obvious casualties. I expect I'll find more as I get into it. Thanks in advance. Alan (all lawyered up) A13 (busted)

Anybody got a radiator fan for an A16 they don't need anymore? Just the fan blades, not the whole motor assembly. Mine self-destructed and Kawi wants to sell me the fan, motor, etc at top dollar. Willing to pay for it plus shipping, obviously. Thanks in advance. Gary north of Spokane.

If the center piece got separated from the outer fan blades, you can epoxy it back together (carefully). I did this successfully on my previous A14. Otherwise, get the Dual-Star aluminum fan........ Steve The Mule A17

I need a brake pedal and a rear brake mount. Anyone got some old bits around? I can horse trade, got some '99 body parts (fenders, bars, brake levers, brake hoses), stock tires w/less than 500 miles, a spare gas tank, brake lines, all kinds of stuff. Happy Friday Thanks CA Stu

I know someone looking for an instrument cluster, fairing and left-hand radiator shroud for a 2000 KLR650. If you have or know of any of these parts, let me hear from you. Hello everyone... Not too long ago the speed and odometer functions on my KLR '97 model with 33K) stopped working, and after taking it apart I've found that the problem is a gear and drum assembly that's found in the front wheel. While I'm glad I found the problem, the cost of the parts is another matter... The case/assembly/meter gear, part #41078-1051, lists for $72.13. Okay, I guess I could live with paying that, though I'd be happy to buy a salvaged one if anyone out there has one available. Now for the real show-stopper... The front brake drum assembly, part #41034-1153, lists for $401.32 from Kawasaki. Ouch... If anyone has this part and is willing to let go of it for a reasonable price, please contact me off list. Your time and consideration is greatly appreciated. Best Regards, Juan Villarreal

Juan, I heard that you disappeared under the 'witness protection program'. Glad to see you out and about. Wish I had some parts for you. George Escondido, CA villarrealjuan wrote:

I have a complete brand new set of guages/lights. I got them to try and connect to a KLX but it didn't work out. I am looking for a set of KLX guages.
