When I read that post, I thought I was wrong all these years! But, my
'91 has on/off/res, too. No prime. Maybe it depends on which one they
have in the supply chain?

Glad I have an "OFF," because I'm making
a new back plate and gasket to make it fully manual. Found that the
vacuum diaphragm sprung a leak again, and I rebuilt it only 12-16 months
ago...

Not sure I want to know what this project really is......
I hope it doesn't involve gerbils and duct tape.
