Does anyone have any tips and/or tricks for removing a stuck Supertrapp baffle assembly? I desperately need to replace the packing. Doug

Did you remove the rivet under the clamp on the front of the muffler. This rivet should have been installed through the muffler, baffle and into the connector pipe. You may have to remove the muffler from the connector pipe and use a broom handle to help drive out the baffle once you have all the bolts out of the baffle. Fred www.arrowheadmotorsports.com

Maybe you could use the same fire-starting tip offered earlier. Fill it with a half cup of gasoline and light it. And no, I'm not really recommending this. :-) www.aestheticdesign.com - (707) 786-4643

I can just imagine the conversation, Joe: "Hey Fred, we told this guy we had the brake pads he needs, but I just dropped the last one in my coffee. Should I put it on anyway?" Fred: "Is there any life left in the old one?" Joe: "Yeah, looks like." Fred: "Okay, leave it on, and we'll just tell him it's good enough. And oil his headlight while it's on the lift." :-) Just kidding. - Dave "Cynical" Svoboda, Sandy Eggo [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
