But I just read that you can't take a firearm into Big Bend, which is where I'm going next month on a canoe trip. My guess is that only the drug runners are allowed to carry. don a17

Gettysburg (and Valley Forge) are cool places to tour on a KLR! Easy parking, traffic avoidance, etc. on a bike. Been there, done both. The Trostle Barn with the cannonball hole (still there) and famous "Dead Horses" picture from 1863 was my Great-great-great Grandfather's farm. Tengai Mark Van Horn wrote:

Bob, That was me who posted a while back about larger valves in the KLR. And what it was is they are not larger I just converted them over to multi angle valve job which makes wvwrything flow better and the engine breath a little better. it isn't that hard to do if you have the equipment or you can have them don if you have a reputable shop near you that hand laps valve seats and grinds the valves themselves.
