There was a KLR on an EBAY site several years ago that was painted with Rhinoliner . I have no idea how that worked out. Plastic parts don't take too well to paint.

Here's one done in Line-X. The guy must have wanted to be invisible at night while wearing holes in the knees of his jeans against the tank. The Line-X in my truck is pretty rough stuff. I wonder how much weight it adds. http://www.finishlinewest.com/line-x_coatings.htm __Arden

That looks very nice. Definately considering doing that to my bike. What can I say i like to stand out, and it as worked great in the rear of m trucks in the past.
