Kerry makes a great point; the next Tech day is scheduled for February 24th. I have been to several of these, and it is amazing how many people there are willing to walk you through thru steps of maintaining your bike. Dan! Woo, hoo! Welcome to the beautiful madhouse! I'm up 15 in Escondido. There are a few other listers in SD, as well. Be sure to joint the SoCal Dualsport list, at yahoo groups. I typically wrench of Saturday morning (I have several bikes, and all take maintenance/repair/farkling) and you're ALWAYS welcome to come by, kick tires, and drink opaque beer. Contact me for directions. There is a Julian Tech Day coming up, see: http://www.leftcoastklrs.com/general_info.htm.htm Definitely worth the time. If you haven't changed your doohicky, it's a perfect time to do it, with Eagle Mike there about every time, selling his wares and helping out. Can you chew on this? 5mm = 0.1968503937" 1/4" = .25" = 6.35mm 6.5mm = 0.2559055118" 6.5mm is the ID of the line according to www.buykawasaki.com so 1/4" will work as it is very close but 5mm is undersize. Please be careful while appreciating modern chemistry. We need you. Walt
