The whole problem Ended up being a loose terminal connection on the neutral switch wire harness. This Three wire harness also contains wires that lead to the CDI which ultimatly includes the coil. I appreciate everyones input on getting me back on the road. Thanks

Can someone direct me to a link to information on using a Harbor Freight LED tail light/turn signal as a tail/brake light for the KLR? I was unable to find it in the archives or on a Google search. Thanks Dave C
