And the Lord said, I will build a motorcycle for the tall and the large
among you, and I will make it a bargain for the soul. I will call it KLR
for "kinda large rider" and it will come from a faraway land in great
multitudes. There shall be hardship, it will be born with an original
shortcoming called doohicky. Smart men will pray for tech days and bless
those who minister to them. People will wonder if it is fish or fowl,
arguing it's virtues for generations. Wise men will understand from whence
it came and what it can do. The competition will try to copy it's strengths
but fail. False gods from Germany with boxer engines will imitate but
cannot compete for the heart of the common man. People will doubt it's
claims but become believers in their own time. And it shall reign for ever
and ever growing in wisdom and farkles, and the fairing will point the way
of the road less traveled.

Okay, speaking for those who live in total reality, your Lord is Buddhist Japan.
The Japanese said, "Let make a dual-sport bike large enough for those fat, mentally lazy, buy-bull believing Americans, because they can't build one themselves".
And then there was communist China, where America is now being made.....Cheaper

Nice verse Bob, but you're re-writing a bit of history. The boxer-
engined R80G/S predates the the mighty KLR, debuting in the year 7
B.K.

My KLR shares garage space with a really nice Sportster.
They seem to get along really well.

Hi Chromatech 1,
Sorry, Not Just Buddhist Japan, from ~2003+, It is Thailand.
Stop kicking sand in the sandbox: The KLR chaplain thinks that these
are Kinda harsh words for someone hiding behind a moniker. Bob was
writing a lyrical prose, not theology. Just curious, how much/how
many of the things in your home were made in child-labor sweat shops
of Japan/China/Mexico/Pakistan/India/adnaseum?
revmaaatin. yes, that's my title-name and mjearl is a real person.

And the Lord said, since I transcend time, space, and four dimensions, the
idea of a creation in my image and likeness one day not being able to do the
same is absurd.

Sorry, hit the wrong button. As I was saying:
Let's not get to serious guys over my waxing poetic. If I thought that I was going to publish a serious work, I would have taken more time. My post was meant to be funny, not factual, not serious, not informative, and certainly not worthy of serious criticism. I am comfortable in the role of "Court Jester", we all should laugh at ourselves from time to time...prevents really taking ourselves too seriously.
For the record, my post was certainly not blasphemy as I would never do anything to insult the best friend that I have in the this world and the next.

John,
Thank you for the response. From the previous response(s), I was
unable to connect all the thoughts, made clear to me now. We are in
heated agreement, and my apologies if I appeared to be over zealous
in my last response.
Congratualtions on your 10 years of success. Just curious, what is a
Chromatech?
