I am attempting to buy a bunch of nuts and screws that some how have fallen off my bike over the past 6 months while i was riding. I have heard that Ronayers.com is a good place to get these items, along with oil filters. I am not sure what microfiche to use for the klr They show a KL650 & a KLX 650? nothing listed as a KLR Secondly, does any know what he small round rubber thing is that is on top of the gas tank under the cap. It is about the size of an eraser, ans a needle on the gas cap looks like it seats into this thing when the gas cap is closed. A buddy of mine has this piece in his 2006 KLR650, while mine is missing. Every time i dump it, which is about one every three months, gas just flies out of the over flow tube. I am hoping that by getting this small rubber thing and putting it back in place, this issue will be solved Thanks for you help as always Art --------------------------------- Access over 1 million songs - Yahoo! If you look at the spine of your owner's manual, you'll see that you actually own a "KL650". For example, my owner's manual says "KL650-A16" on the spine.

Dunno, since I don't have the OEM tank anymore. I will just note that a) the California models have a different gas cap from the non-California models (which model do you have? Your buddy may have the other), and b) Kawasaki only sells entire gas caps, for $50+ (!!!!). Hopefully someone who still has the OEM tank on their bike can tell you exactly what you're talking about (HEH!). -E
