I bought some Acerbis handguards today and they don't line up well.
I'm wondering if I got the wrong ones or if bending them to fit is
normal or if there are ones that you guys have found to be good and
hassle free?

Loosen up the guards and the levers and play with the positions and
you will get them to fit. The ball was previously broken off of my
clutch lever so this one fit very easily, the brake side took a bit
more messing aroud with.

Lever guards often need fiddling or shimming between the clamp pedestal and guard bar. Start with the clamp placed against the handle bar and see how the bar lines up. You will likely find that it isn't too far out. Once that is determined, mount the clamp loosely to the handle bar and then hold the guard bar against the end of the handle bar grip. Will a stack of washers or other spacer fill the gap between the pedestal and the guard bar?
I like the Emgo #79-9721 guards although they aren't as pretty as some, they will allow the original Kawi plastic guard (buckets) to be bolted to the front of the Emgo which gives good water protection. The holes on the Emgo are 1/4 national coarse (1/4- 20 tpi). If you are concerned about "pretty" you should have bought a green one! (VBG)

hello all
I am looking at getting a tall windscreen for the KLR650 and would
like some info on either the clearview or cee bailey.
I am 6-3 and would like the flow over my head,
how tall do I need?
what is the thickness of the plastic?
Likes, dislikes?
Noise level, louder or quiter?
What kind of tint, good or bad?
Durability?
Thanks
