I know it's probably been asked a million times but what size kenda 270's work on the 650. I'm about half way through my rear distanzia and my stock front tire is toast, I think I'm going to trade out both for a set of kenda's and see how two up riding is with them on the street. As always thanks for all of your help Trev A16

Trev, Rear - 5.10 x 17 Front - 3.00 x 21 or 3.25 x 21 Some like the 3.25 for the extra surface area over sand and other loose terrain. Other listers indicate the 3.00 has quicker turn-in handling compared to the 3.25 . John --- "Trev " wrote:

Jeff, I use 3.00X21 on the front as I like the skinnier tire. Some folks like the 3.25X21 but I think it slows the steering to much for my liking. On the rear I use a 5.10X17. I use heavy duty or ultra heavy duty tubes in both tires. Pressures I like on road are 32 front and 36 rear. Off road I like about 21 front and 28 rear. Best price I've seen lately is at www.rockymountainatv.com . 3.00x21 5.60x17 I usually get them from Bob's (in the St. Paul suburbs). $35 and $28. Dunno what he'd charge to ship to Minot.

Oh, Brother, Where Art Thou Please notify me off line on the day you want to attempt this; I hope I am 'off-duty' far, far, away. Our helo configuration makes me look at and ride next to the patient's feet. and buddy, I have seen some knarly looking feet...why just last week the fella was 280# and 6'6"; his feet covered the radar screen, or was it just his toenails.... revmaaatin. not-Careflight till 17 May, not-911 Aberdeen till 17 May,and my only dual sport will be the KLR till 17 May.
