Glenn, here is a simple way to avoid future problems, a couple suggestions. 1. Give people the benefit of the doubt. 2. If someone overlooked a sticky or post, cut them a little slack, we're all supposed to be pals. 3. At the very least, don't accuse people of intentionally breaking the rules and trying to rob you. 4. Don't use your website to bash your members and then lock them out so they can't respond. This reflects poorly on you. 5. Don't ruin another website with a rehash of your accusations. 6. If someone posts an ad, and it will happen again, without paying the fee, just send them a reminder AT THE TIME YOU OR YOUR MODERATORS ARE REMOVING THE AD. Don't wait a few days for others, including your moderators, to bash him, this would be upsetting to anyone. Cya.
