looking to finally purchase this machine which has a listed MSRP of around $5199.00. Never bought a bike before, but it seems that unless you pay list plus tax, freight etc... you aint gettin the bike. Has anyone picked up a KLR for below list. Does below list exist????

I got my '01 for $80 below list. A shop (in Pittsburgh) was going under and had two KLR's left in stock. A friend and I told 'em we'd take both off their hands, for $4000 each. They happily agreed. The friend backed out but the dealer stuck by the deal for me. Which only goes to show that it's better to be lucky than smart... _________________________________________________________________ Express yourself instantly with MSN Messenger! Don't listen to him! Subscribe to XM, it's got the best music and best coverage. Oh, and I own XMSR stock, and the price has been sagging a bit lately. Happy new year, everyone, regardless of your political orientation! Krokko
