I have ordered a manual for my 2000 KLR and "it's in the mail". I
started replacing the fork springs on the bike with a set of
progressive springs. Does anyone happen to know the recommended fork
oil level for a 2000 model 650? Also, what is the recommended air
pressure for the forks. Thanks in advance....

Hmmm, a quick search of the archive turns up the recommended fork oil
levels in message 129735. Kawasaki says no air pressure in the forks.

The fan does run at high temps, but I haven't checked to see that starts
running at 60%. I can't hear it running while on the highway, so it's hard
to tell, but the temps do cycle some - not sure if that's the T'stat cycling
or the fan.
Haven't pulled the spark plug yet - that's next.
