new tyre

Rick, You should not be saying this stuff on a KLR motorcycle dual sport
list.
This is twice now recently that its all gone "off kilter", which I think
is a bit pathetic from us posters.
Anyhow, I just bought a brandey new original OEM rear tyre, hard to get,
my local Kawa guys tell me.
They had to order it from Kawasaki direct. It looks nice. It has nobs in
the middle !
They gave me the option of balancing it, as apparently a lot of dual
sport riders don't bother with balancing. Is that true ?
Even a moto X'er I would assume, would balance the tyre, might give
them a 1 millisecond advantage per lap ...
Its a good dealer though, friendly and don't rip you off. They showed me
their new 2006 inventory, one lime green KLR, but I think I'll pass.
I almost bought a Moto X helmet. Its hot down here. Whats the verdict on
using them instead of a full face helmet ? Do I have to have goggles ?
I also looked at the moto-X boots, after recently having broken my foot
on a trail with touring boots
Anyways,
Have fun all

>Erik, I sure hope you don't think I was being sarcastic. I was not. My words were sincere. I do not for a moment think Lyle is a bad person because he doesn't believe. >I have a strong belief, and faith. But when measured by the standards of GOD, I am an evil man. We all are. If I get the impression that someone doesn't believe in GOD, (like Lyle) I don't attack them for not believing what I believe, but I am more than happy to pray for them. My prayer is that their eyes will be opened. Someday, we will all stand before the Throne of GOD. I am ready, and I hope you will be too. >I am sorry for the sermon. I know this is not a popular subject, and I will hear about it. But whether you understand or not, my words are all sincere and only meant in a caring way. > >Rick A17 > > >
