chen shin tires

I had a Cheng Shin rear tire on my KLR a while back. I believe it was the C858 variety, if memory serves me well. I don't remember any real performance issues, for my type of riding, it handled fine both on and off road. My only real complaint was how quickly it wore out. 2300 miles or something along those lines. And after it got about half wore out, it tended to howl some on the pavement. But, being cheap, I guess the speed at which they wear out isn't a horrible thing. I've been having better luck with the longevity with the King's KT966 I've got on it now. Lance A17 Branson, Mo
