Ewwww, demented! But I can top that... My mother was a country music fan, so subjected me to the Great Works -- Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Tom T. Hall, Charlie Pride, Kenny Rogers, etc. Of that, Tom T. Hall's _Old Dogs and Children_ and Kenny Roger's _The Gambler_ stand out as the world's sappiest, most maudline tunes that played every day for days upon end in our household, to the point where the entire family was in insulin shock from the pure syrupy sweetness of it all. After that experience, I swore off country music forever. Well, until I started writing it, of course. But that's another story. -E> Mary Poppins, and the theme song to Flipper.

influence> Wondering what piece of music(album or song)had the biggest
I think the first album I wore out from repeated playing was Edgar Winter Group, They only come out at night. Song was Frankenstein. I loved the stereo effects on that song. Early on I appreciated live recordings the most, Deep Purple Made in Japan was another Favorite. Steppenwolf-born to be wild and magic carpet ride. Seeing the Grateful Dead at Raceway Park in Englishtown NJ at the age of 16 was when I got on the bus, as they say.
