fair so cal new price

Hello Folks,
I'm about to buy a new KLR650. I currently own a 2000 Concours and I
miss the dual sport aspect of riding. I cut my MC teeth on a 650
dual sport 15 years ago. I see Kawasaki has a sticker price of about
$5100 on their web site. Does anyone have any recent buying
experience? What would be a fair price in Southern California? I
have found that most dealers are marking the bikes up $500-700 with
dealer prep and all that stuff.
