hid lamps?

Got to be a charge to ride these dudes. Back in '80 or there abouts I took my '78 XT500 , stripped it to the frame, built my own wireing harness with Batt eliminator, laced in a 19" front, brought the motor to 521ccs with 10.5 compression, Norris TT2 Cams, 36 Mik carb, Torque Engineering pipe ( wow that was a loud dude ). It was weighting in at 285 on scales without gas in the tank. Really was a charge to ride. Crazy lean angles and wheel stands were in the prevent basis more than the induce basis. Once put struts on it and run it on the dragstip for times. Consistant 13.95's. Taking off in 2nd gear and riding the clutch to prevent wheelstands even then. Andy in Louisiana
