Mike, get a grip - we are taking links! You need to take some time off and
ride with us.
Ok, serious - we will be sat phoned! $1.80 a minute. We will also have my
5-band Cellular phone (AMP, TDMA (dual), GSM (dual). THE odd KEY in Baja is
AMP and TDMA coverage; when we are lucky to be in range of the limited cel
towers. Other than Satellite, we need a calling card - Doh - done. SO,
prepaid TELCEL calling card, prepaid Sim for the 5-band, and a CB to boot,
all in support of the primary com tool - The SAT phone.
SO, no excuses -
We meet in Calexico on the 17th of March - all tire changes, sprocket
changes, maintanence issues AND BORDER DOCUMENT ISSUES are handled.
Morning of the 18th, we eat well, and head SOUTH w/o anyone not having there
shi# together!
The ride is pro-active -

Mike,
Good work, that's probably how I would do it, too. Eric sent me both
harness's with my explorer, what a guy.
Don't know about March yet, as right now I'm swamped. I'll keep watching,
and stay in touch.
