Subject: [DSN_klr650] 95KLR no lights?
My turn signal switch looked like it needed a professional adjustment ( lol)
so i pulled it out and tried to fix what wasnt wrong with
it.So i put it back together and it works fine but acts a little
funny like i have to wiggle the switch but then it i get home from my
buddies shop and go to take the bike out at night and i have no
lights or turn signals or cluster lights....nada. Take the seat off
the, fuse is blown and replace that, still no lights.....any quick
thoughts? It had been raining pretty hard in the days previous to
this happening so it might be a moisture issue,(I ride in whatever
weather).
Thanks in advance!

Well, since the only thing you have had 'contact' with (ha-ha) is the
switch assembly, I would guess the short is in the switch assembly, or the
wire insulation is damaged inside the switch housing.
Good luck, and don't forget your multimeter!~
