The cons with the front K760 are mostly that it deeply sucks on pavement, and really doesn't have such great cornering traction in the dirt. Kenda ripped off the 760 tread pattern from a popular non-DOT Dunlop knobby, but the front has the SAME pattern as the rear. Great braking traction but not so good in turns. The Dunlop tire that they ripped off has a TOTALLY different tread for the front. I use a D606 front and a K760 rear. I tried a Pirelli Scorpion-Pro front recently, which was better than the D606 front in soft stuff, and acceptable on the pavement, but really didn't last. I bought a new D606 for my dirt wheel set, I think it's the best all-around front tire I've found so far with the MT-21 front running a close second. The K760 rear is a GREAT tire for the money. I'm happy with it, got my third new one sitting on a shelf in the garage. Best tire so far for soft stuff, does fine in rocks and hardpack. Devon

Oh, btw $200 (if we're talking about US dollars) is not the best price you could find for a K760 set. My local shop will usually do $50 for a front and $65 for a rear. Online, I could get them for less of course. Don't completely shave the guy, but you might suggest you'd buy all your stuff if he came a little closer to online pricing + shipping. Devon

Oops my bad, I forgot to mention that that would be $200 cdn w/new front tube, I found them also at www.royaldistributing.com for about ten bucks cheaper pur tire but the cost of getting them shipped out here would eat up the differance. Is that mounted? If not then I'd have to say it's almost twice what you can find them for on the internet. I know your money is not as "strong" as ther US dollar, but tthis sounds to me like it's a bit ouit of line. Denis
