Well, in one of my three falls yesterday, I put two small dents in the tank, broke the right side flap, scratched the left one. This was my first dual sport ride, but I have a lot of dirt time from 20 years ago. Also fractured my ankle. When is another dual sport ride scheduled within 300 miles of N. E. Ohio? I will be healed by August. What I really need is a pair of 14 EEEEE motocross boots. I bought a pair of size 14 Alpine stars, but they are too narrow. Anyone need a pair never worn, in the box for $130.00 plus UPS? Bruce with a fractured ankle - BUMPER [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

As far as your gas tank goes, that is just a good reason to get a IMS replacement. For boots, I wear I size 8EEE and have always found Alpinestar to painful but AXO and FOX have done me well. Hope its your left ankle so at least you can still drive an automatic. Pat [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

My size 12 Hi-Point boots, that I bought in 72 have become too small. I bought a pair of size 14 alpine stars, and they are too narrow. I was rearing 8" Wolverine work boots. Bad move. I am looking for wide MX boots now. Anyone need a pair of alpine stars, new in box? Bootless Bruce [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

I have a lift, and will (barring family emergencies and my crazy freelance schedule) be there rain or shine. I can't bring the lift unless I get a lift from someone. I'm planning on riding my KLR unless someone steps in. My tools are in Metuchen (air impact wrench, etc) but I can bring all the doohickey-specific ones on my bike anyway. Devon
