wet bike

Hi guys. I have an A 17 with a 1 month old battery. Bike sitting out
in heavy rain on and off for a week. Doesnt start. All lights and
horn work at full strength. Pressing the starter, it is all silence.
What can I do besides waiting for it to dry? Thanks in advance.
