laser pro duro install, questions and notes....

I think I've bought the last exhaust pipe for my KLR, now I just need to figure out what to use the old ones for. Maybe a sculpture of some sort. I weighed them all so here's a rough comparison
Stock- 15lbs, almost indestructible, very mellow throttle response.
Supertrapp IDS2 "quiet"- 6lbs, light duty, mounting tabs are easy to bend if the bike falls on a rock or log. Not at all "quiet", set off car alarms with only 8 discs in.
old Jardine pipe- 6.5lbs with accessory spark arrestor. Quieter than IDS2 but not much, good throttle reponse, durable welding and materials but rusts easily. Cheap.
Supertrapp EAR- 5.5lbs with stainless wool packing. Quieter than Jardine or IDS2 but still not quiet enough. Excellent throttle response, lightweight but short and tucked in really well. Completely protected by Happy Trails OSR racks.
Laser Pro Duro- 8lbs, lighter duty mounts than stock but otherwise VERY solid. As quiet as the stock pipe with a little more bass. The difference between "quiet enough to be legal" and "quiet enough that you can't hear me" which is great if you have land access issues where you live. As long as the Jardine pipe with spark arrestor. LPD has spark arrestor but isn't USFS approved. My original plan was to cut the turn-down tip and fit a supertrapp disc set, but now that I look at the thing I don't want to butcher it. I will figure out a temporary rig I can slap on the end if I get hassled about it, and throw that in my bag for enduros and dualsport rides. I had some issues getting tire clearance, and had to fit the pipe so it sticks out a bit. Still well covered by the OSR racks but will take a beating in rocks or tight woods.
I am using a stock air filter, snorkel out, 4x 1" holes drilled in airbox- What jetting are people using with this pipe, and what mileage are you getting? I have a dynojet kit.
Thanks
