nklr advrider song dog ranch ds event
In case you haven't seen this before, the AdvRider group is
hosting an all brands, all groups DS event at Song Dog Ranch the
weekend of April 3-4. SDR is located in Cuyama Valley about 65 miles
north of Ojai, or 12 miles SW of Taft, and east of Santa Maria. It is
adjacent to Ballinger Canyon OHV and there is excellent riding of all
types nearby. The group needs 33 or more entrants to get Song Dog
Ranch to host the event and take care of food and beer and camping,
all included in the cost of the weekend. The point person is Tom
Bowman from the AdvRider group. Enter before March 10.
The package deal includes the famous all you can eat Song Dog Rev
barbeque dinner including beer and appetizers, a Sunday breakfast of
ham, biscuts, french toast, OJ, etc., and camping all for $30 a head.
This is really a great deal because the usual cost of a Song Dog
catered weekend like this is $60 bucks. The owner Rev has firewood
and camping gear for rent too. That seems like a pretty good deal
considering the hassle of setting up and cooking on your own . .
this way you can stumble around with a drink in your hand while you
kick tires and tell lies, and somebody else does the work! Please
send your check to Tom Bowman before March 10. If there aren't
enough entrants the event will still go on just that Song Dog Ranch
won't be hosting the event and you'll be on your own as far
as food
and camping costs, and your entrance fee will be returned.
