I created folder "Tiger 2003 KLR" under photos so you folks can see my nutty paint job. It is spray can bedliner (thanks for the idea Miller) painted over in tiger stripe with Ace hardware safety orange enamel. It seems pretty bulletproof. Although it is really an experiment at this stage. I haven't posted in a while. Probably 1 1/2 years. I totalled my last KLR a 2001. That hurt. When I was able I got a 2003 which seems to me a much better built bike than the 2001 but that is just my impression. The tiger paint is the result of a bottle of Cognac. The solid black was a little boring. Roy James Marble Falls TX

Thats pretty cool looking. Come re-sale time you'll either make a fortune, or you'll be wonderng why no one is calling you to look at the bike :-) Either way. I think it's defiantely unique. Dave Oregon
