My new ('03) KLR650 has a black front fender and handguards. All others I've seen are green. The dealer doesn't know why. Does anybody here? THANKS, Bill

I don't know why you have black. That's a shocker to me. We already know that the 04's are going to be red, so it's not like it's just some of the early colors coming out on some of the parts. My 03 has black handguards but the front fender is green. I have never seen an 03 with a black fender. They must have run out of green when they made yours. John A17 R1100GS
