Dutch, No problems, I am 6'4", 250, and it does great. it is a very forgiving bike, and is a great first bike. I tell everyone that is thinking about getting a first bike to look into them.(although the "need for speed" stuff seems to have taken hold here) Fireman Ed

heyas - size and weight won't be a problem...it's a tall bike so you'll probably find it more comfy anyways. PLENTY of torque, and fairly mild mannered too. Handling is forgiving enough for a beginner but quick enough to make things exciting in the twisties for more experienced riders. makes a great first bike, second bike, last bike I notice the carolina in your username, north or south?
