Sorry if this has been asked a gazillion times. Can anyone email with valve adjust intervals on the KLR650 and what is the adjust method ( adjuster screw, shim, etc. )??? I am interested in getting an used KLR to complement my Ninja 500. I do most of my own maintenance, just want to see what I might be adding to my workload. Any other maintenance tips?? Thanks in advance all, General Chaos

Be careful using Simple green around large pieces of aluminum (Airplanes). It's somewhat corrosive. From the Simple Green Website: "Aluminum is a soft metal that easily corrodes with unprotected exposure to water. The aqueous-base and alkalinity of Simple Green or Crystal Simple Green can accelerate the corrosion process." Just be sure to wash it off shortly after applying it, oh and stay away from those greasy bearings too... Ed Snow Past owner of N2757D 1952 C170
