I'm no expert but
Forget the dealer..
He might cause more harm than good. I know from experience.
POPs are due to two main things.
1- Air leak in the exhaust.
2- Lean condition. Like you said when you put the enricher on it goes
away. So that must be your problem, not enough gas.
Check you fuel level in the float bowl. If it's to low the bike is
not getting enough gas.. This is a very good web site to start with.

Maybe the coasting enricher is cloged. Do you have the little round
rubber gasket in there??? Double check.
And if your carb looks clean it doesn't mean all the little holes are
clean. Get some compressed air and blow it through each little hole
in your carb and see if it comes out somewhere.
Last thing. when you opened your carb did you put everything back
like it was???? Make sure. It's easy to screw thing up in there.
Refere to the microfiche for the proper carburator assembly.
Good luck.
