need instrument cluster & tank

Because of a minor (???) mishaps I am in need of a new dashboard/
instrument cluster. Does anybody ave one leftover?
I am also in the market for a tank for a '00. would also take one off
a '03. Does anybody have experience with the military tank, the Dual-
Star military tank or the IMS tank?. Any advise is greatly
appreciated.
